By accessing and using Camels.Work ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

  • Camels.Work reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or are inactive for extended periods.

3. For Candidates

As a candidate looking for employment, you agree that:

  • Any resume or portfolio data you upload is accurate and truthful.
  • You will not apply for jobs for any purpose other than seeking employment (e.g., soliciting business).
  • We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers or interviews through our Platform.

4. For Employers

As an employer posting jobs, you agree that:

  • Job postings must comply with all applicable local labor laws and regulations.
  • You will not post jobs that require an application fee or upfront payment from candidates.
  • You will not post discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
  • Camels.Work reserves the right to remove any job posting without refund if it violates these terms.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you post (e.g., resumes, job descriptions). However, by posting, you grant Camels.Work a license to use, display, and distribute this content on the Platform.

Prohibited Content includes:

  • Harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing material.
  • Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
  • Viruses or malicious code.

6. Limitation of Liability

Camels.Work is a venue connecting employers and candidates. We do not screen or censor the listings, including profiles offered. We are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camels.Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
